    Great value for an airport hotel! We stayed in the loft room with a king and queen bed, and the mezzanine layout made the room feel much more spacious. We had enough floor space to fully open 4 carry-ons and 1 large suitcase without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and I loved the herbal scent of the shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. We arrived late at night and the staff were very responsive, quickly bringing us extra toiletries, towels, and water without even have to ask. The only confusing part was the airport shuttle. It picks up at Terminal 1, Departure Gate 3 and Terminal 2, Gate 29. We were mistakenly told to go to Terminal 2, Gate 3, which cost us about 30 minutes. Also, there are several Ramada hotels nearby, so make sure you’re going to Ramada Encore (上海浦东机场华美达安可). My only suggestion would be to add a few hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes. Breakfast was very decent for ** RMB, and overall we’d happily stay here again during our next long layover in Shanghai.

    I stayed here with a layover between Vietnam and home and it was perfect. Staff were so accommodating when I was delayed and communication was easy. Thanks!

    The room was pretty worn down and had a musky smell. The staff didn't greet with a smile upon check in and didn't seem quite happy.
