Chic studio in Central Dubai

There is no reception to collect the room key. I met one of the technician at 11:45 midnight and he called someone and thereafter I took my room. If booking is made through booking. com, it doesn’t interface in their system and it takes bit longer time. There are pre arrival communication about whom to contact, where to collect the key. There are 2 streets with the same street number which created confusion for the drivers to drop from airport to hotel . The chic studio should mention the hotel location as Juffaly if not, it is very difficult to find out the location of the chic studio, due to same street name in two different location and also contact person to collect keys as there are no reception counter. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Location is quiet and check-in process was easy and smooth. Staff do try to help when they respond.

It’s not clean. Staff are not responsive and a lot of things were broken or not working in the room. Two lamps without bulb or broken, microwave was not plugged in, had to wait for two days to get an extension cord, kettle was broken. Fake plants were very dusty, cabinet doors are very dirty like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Seems like the cleaning is very superficial.
