Cosy small room close to the metro
The location is very good because it is close to the metro and bus station. Everything necessary, like restaurants and grocery shops, is nearby, so it's a huge plus. There is a gym in the same building. The room is clean and cozy."
The disadvantage of this place is that the washroom is located outside of the room.

Only location which is the nearest to the metro
Apartment washroom cleaning,every day I have to ask owner to clean washroom, Toilet paper daily daily asking like a beggar on the last day I was angry such kind of behaviour, I have sent the msg he seen but didn't reply just for toilet paper, then I had purchased personally own toilet paper, I will never suggest to book such cheap hotel with cheap mentality owner

This message for people who seeks rooms or apartments in dubai, this apartment is not even good place to sit for 5 minutes, don't even think about staying here a night. these people are giving fake information in booking .com, they advertised as entire 2bhk for rental, but once i visited after payment, that guy saying only 1 bedroom is available for me. other room will share other peoples, and funny part is there is one bed i can see in kitchen also, hope fully he rented out the kitchen also for someone.as per advertisement, it is Clearly written the entire apartment with kitchen access. But it is just cheating peoples. its purely cheating other than anything. please do not entertain such cheaters in booking.com like trustworthy websites, this will spoil your reputation too. i have not used this even i paid in advance. I quit immediately from this dirty nasty building. please beware such cheaters. thank you for reading . wish you all a better stay in future. Dear Team, Thank you for your reply. 1.Nobody informed me about" No kitchen facility & its only a bedroom other than entire apartment ", after my arrival only i came to know about it from your caretaker. 2. what is the meaning of " ENITRE TWO BEDROOM HOLIDAY HOME" which is witten in your advertisement. 3.As you said, before my arrival nobody contacted me from your side.after i visit the premise only i got such information and i paid too unfortunately.
