Location, room was good and clean
The fact that no kettle in the room and no fridge , even though there is a shared kitchen outside the room, who would want to get dressed to go and get a cup of tea in the morning. This accommodation is like a shared villa ,

Its location in the new town is far from all of Cairo's iconic attractions, but the safety is relatively better and the city is more modern. This isn't necessarily a plus or a minus, but you should consider this before checking in.
The room facilities are decent, about the standard of a chain budget hotel.
The price was too high; nearly $60 is an exorbitant amount in Egypt.
The check-in process was extremely difficult. The location marked on Google Maps was the house next door, and the staff didn't understand any English. My experience was terrible.
