Very clean, comfortable, spacious basement apartment in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, close to the airport. Peaceful, clean, private pool in a beautiful garden (shared with one other apartment). Very good staff and security. Overall, a very positive, refreshing experience.
TV app didn’t work. Very small shower. Very old, shared washing machine outside. Ironing facilities apparently shared with whole building.

Ramez is a very good host. He is knowledgeable and helpful. The property is safe and clean. The beds are comfortable. The pool is shaded and stays cool and refreshing. The pool is shared, but access is easy.
The toilet is small but functional. The kitchen is also small but everything works. The refrigerator is not in the kitchen, but it's not much of an issue.
