Wir sind in Richtung des Hotels unterwegs gewesen, als wir die Bulgarischen Straßen unterschätzt haben und mit zwei platten Reifen plötzlich am Straßenrand standen. Auf Anfrage wurde uns sofort ein Abholservice geschickt. Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und freundlich gewesen, bei allen Belangen. Die Zimmer waren mehr als großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Essen im anliegenden Restaurant war auch wirklich äußerst lecker.

Sehr schöne Lage, mit vollem Blick auf der Donau. Schönes und leckeres Restaurant. I'm Gegensatz zum Hotel ist das Restaurant nicht überpreist vgl mit der Qualität des Essens
Sehr teures Hotel. Das Spa wurde nicht einmal geöffnet, das Personal an der Rezeption war nett aber etwas unbeholfen.

Местоположението,гледката са супер.Интериора в хотела,в ресторанта е страхотен,обслужването в ресторанта е много добре,дори бих казала изискано.
Има дребни пропуски от страна на персонала и по-конкретно на рецепция,но може би защото са от скоро и нямат опит

The hotel location itself and the hotel staff were really nice. The staff is trying to help you with everything they will give you charger for your phone if you have forgotten yours or navigate you to wherever you have to go.
However the bathroom was really small and when I tried to take a shoer i flooded the entire room even the coridor. The breakfast was unsatisfying.
