Everything was great, it was clean, comfortable, had all the amenities you could ask for, and the location was great to access everything.
Nothing really, maybe just the busy corner. But the suite was quiet.

The fit an finish of the basement facilities was very modern, spacious and clean, and exceeded our expectations. Because it is a basement facility the amount of natural light is somewhat limited, however the interior lighting is excellent. Having a separate entrance and the use of the yard and furniture there was a bonus. The parking off the street was fine.
Nothing significant. The outdoor area is shaded and quite quiet, but will be better once the new owners have a chance to invest some time in their lawn and garden.

Lovely quiet location. Can easily walk to downtown restaurants. The property is also equipped with every appliance you could need!
Nothing we loved it!
