The location was great, parking was easy, and the room was clean and comfortable.

New, well equipped for the most part. Comfy bed. Clean, compact, and well laid out. Kitchen was great to have. Air con. EV charger
Inaccurate size (listed in meters and is square feet). It is not a one bedroom as the listing states-it is a studio.
Location faces a busy parkade, so small patio not really usable and can be noisy in unit.
No blackout shades! Light from parkade shines in at night and then early morning sun.
Didn’t have great communication with owners leading up to rental and getting into unit.
