Extremely spacious and comfortable for 3 people. Would be for 4 people as well. The black out curtains were a smart addition and they really help. Owner is very nice and wants to ensure a pleasant stay with good communication.
Both bathroom doors squeak horribly. Just very annoying in the middle of the night if someone has to use the bathroom. I’m sure this could easily be fixed with some WD40 or something!
The dehumidifier has to be emptied every day as it fills up very fast but it’s very easy to do. Owner wanted to come in to do it but we really didn’t want a stranger in our private space every day especially when we’re not there and our belongings are out.
Our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:30pm because the cleaner was late.. due to this we couldn’t actually check in until 5pm. Things happen, not a huge deal but we just really wanted to shower. I hope he gets a new cleaner. The cleaner was not even trying to be fast.

Beds are very comfy. Water is hot - but takes a little while to come through...which is no drama. There is a kettle, but no coffee or tea etc. I know we didn't pay for the breakfast, but a hot tea/coffee would go a long way. Powdered milk would have been fine. There is a fridge and a supermarket close by, but who wants to buy a whole jar of coffee or box of tea for 3 days. Great location. Quiet but within a small walk of everything you need to see. We were allowed to leave our small day-sacks before check-in/after which was great.
Property is not cold but the radiators do switch off and no means of getting more heat. We asked and were accommodated, but didn't really notice any change. But the room IS WARM not cold so this is not a bad point...just a point. We could have had more pillows etc. if needed - they weren't so all is good. Basically a really nice apartment with most of everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would recommend and visit again!
