Spacious 3 bed seaview apartment

When we arrived the key collection was easy and we were given by SMS the wifi so if we had a problem with getting the keys from the key box we could call. We had 2 motorbikes which had secure lit parking below the apartments. The apartment was exactly as the pictures. It was very clean the fridge had been put on for us so already cold. There was a washing machine and detergent on the very long veranda. The kitchen area had washing up liquid a cleaning and drying cloth all really convenient touches. There was handwash and shower gel provided. The internet was very good and the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked very well and not too noisy. The view from the veranda was lovely and we sat out there every night. The walk to the beach was only a minute once outside the aparment.

There was nothing not to like but there were a few issues that would need rectifying or noting. We were only given one apartment key-ours was on the third floor. The main entrance to the apartment block you had to always lock the main door but we only had one key. This means when i went for my walk every morning I had to lock my partner in and if he chose to he could not get out until my return. This also is a fire hazard for exit. The door should only require unlocking from outside and it should have a fire push bar lock on the inside. You only need to stop unwanted people getting in not stop guests getting out. If you book this apartment and have young children the balcony front is very low and would not be safe for young children who do not understand the height the apartment is at. There are 3 double bedrooms and if you chose to take 6 people there was not enough cutlery or small plates and bowls for 6 people. If you are cooking like us there is no chopping board to preserve the lovely little kitchen. Note that unlike other apartments near by with plastic wheelie bins that this apartment block the bin is concrete built into the wall in the parking area. Also note that the washing machine is tucked away at the very end of the wrap around balcony. The apartment design by the architects does not make the best use of light or the fantastic view as the toilet shower etc are all placed on the best view wall. The apartment therefore was dark so we kept the lights on nearly all the time. However this apartment is excellent and if you are ok with the stairs and not with small children i absolutely recommend it and we will return

The location is wonderful, The apartment has everything you need. The description is accurate. Would love to come back here again

Beach is just across the street. We were there with a baby so it was just perfect! The beach here is not crowded like some other parts towards the centar of Flick en Flac. Especially on weekends.
