Quiet neighborhood fairly close to Victoria

The listing says 3 beds including a sofa bed, but there are two beds and no sofa bed. When I asked about this, they replied that they could bring a blow up mattress. The apartment was quite scuffed up (marks on the walls and ceiling, scratches in the paint, etc) and had not been thoroughly cleaned. The edges of the carpet along the walls were very dirty and the couch was dirty. There was only the roll of toilet paper that was hanging (no spares) for a family of 5 for two nights and the soap in bathroom and kitchen was almost gone when we arrived. There were only 2 or 3 bath towels. There were only a couple of paper towels left on the roll when we arrived. Supplies in the kitchen were sparse too - I think there was just one spoon. My husband said the tv didn’t work. We requested more tp, soap and paper towels and someone brought some tp and soap about 12 hours later. We made it work, but it felt quite bare bones and rough.
