HOUSE RULES

Welcome! I want every guest to have a comfortable stay while respecting the building and neighbours. By booking this suite, you agree to the following:

-Lease Agreement: All guests are required to review and sign a British Columbia residential lease agreement during check-in.

- No smoking, vaping, cannabis use, or e-cigarettes anywhere inside the suite, on the balcony, or anywhere on the property.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of neighbours at all times.

- Guests must comply with all building strata bylaws, rules, and regulations throughout their stay.

- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight unless approved in advance.

- Pets are welcome only with prior approval and must comply with all building rules. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other residents.

- Please treat the suite, furnishings, and amenities with care. Report any damage or maintenance concerns promptly.

- Do not move furniture or remove items from the suite.

- No illegal activities are permitted on the property.

- Please keep the suite reasonably clean and dispose of garbage and recycling in the designated building areas.

- Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the suite.

- Check-out must be completed by the agreed-upon time unless prior arrangements have been made.

Failure to follow these house rules or the building's strata bylaws may result in additional charges, early termination of the stay where permitted, or other remedies available under the lease agreement.
