The location was ideal for us, that's why we chose it. Within walking distance of the town and our family.
The flat was absolutely filthy! There were hairs in the bed and it literally looked like it had been slept in and not changed. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to clean before we could use the shower and toilet!! Luckily there were plenty of clean towels and bedding so we were able to remake the bed! Also there was no mattress cover on the bed! The smoke alarm had been removed! There was no fire extinguisher or blanket in the kitchen. One of the cupboard doors was hanging off the hinges and again the kitchen was filthy!

It was close to the hospital where I had a relative to visit.
The bed had clean bedding on it and it was quite comfortable.
I felt the flat hadn't been cleaned properly, the kitchen sink and the bathroom were quite dirty.
There was open food still in the fridge!

One of the most dirtiest places I have entered off Booking.com! Don’t even know where to start, check in was 1pm and couldn’t access until after 6pm after escalating through Booking.com
Communication with the landlord was a text message with the wrong codes… No refund policy available. (Even hung up on me before even answering)
Front door lock is broken and no why of locking the door from the inside. Anyone with a key can enter.
Bedroom 1 - sheets in the first room had been soiled with white patches on. The wardrobe had tools in it… carpet hadn’t been hovered.
Bedroom 2 - sheets again had food bits in it and again soiled. The room smelt overwhelmingly with damp. The bedding didn’t even match with 4 different pillows and cases. Wardrobe had women’s shoes and clothes in. Blinds couldn’t close as the string had broken.
Kitchen, hadn’t been cleaned. The cooker was disgusting inside. No Microwave, door fell off under the sink when I opened the drawer. Washing machine was full of someone’s washing! The bin hadn’t been emptied and full of rubbish.
Bathroom, pubic hair in the toilet, sink had toothpaste in the bowl, shower screen was dirty and the bath still had the last persons whatever it was in the bottom.
Living room, women’s hair over the sofa, white stains on the sofa, hadn’t been hovered. Honestly, I really could go on.
No active smoke alarms, the fixed wire testing is out of date… The property is not fit for renting out and I personally would be ashamed if I was letting something like that out!
This review doesn’t even go into detail. Please avoid at all costs and will be taking up further with my bank and Booking.com

Location excellent - near to shops, train and buses. Flat in nice area and within walking distance to attractions. Flat clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay. A microwave and iron would have been useful but not essential.
I liked everything and this is not a criticism but maybe a file containing bus times, local places of interest and general tourist information. Also contact information, owner, hospitals etc in case of 'emergencies'. Not needed for my stay but possibly useful. Also a file containing copies (photostats) of instructions on how equipment works, e.g. cooker, central heating, etc. I was not familiar with cooker controls so would have been useful. Also an iron and microwave would have been nice.

the photos are true to what you will get, the curtains blocked the light nicely and through all the rather unpleasant interactions with the owner/tennant he stayed very friendly and civil.
where do i even start. the apartment was absolutely filthy, with garbage of the previous person still in the trash can. so, exhausted after a long drive, i first had to go to the next store to buy cleaning supplies that weren't filthy and at least clean all the surfaces, cutlery etc. that i will need, as well as wash the bedsheets that smelled and felt as if someone had already slept in it. The kind of dirt I had to clean was built up over the course of weeks, if not months. With hair everywhere (human and dog hair) grime and dust build ups, lime scale build ups on all taps, layers of dust on all surfaces. truely appalling.
Now even if the apartment was clean, it is located in a rather dodgy backstreet of warwick and the walls are so paper thin that you can hear every step of every neighbour and are even able to tell what they are watching on television.
When I messaged the owner regarding the filthiness of the flat, he mentioned he was unhappy with his cleaning company. However, in the middle of my four day stay, while i was in the bathroom, i suddenly hear the door being opened by the key and the owner coming in, my dog running out of the flat. He then apologised and said he though i was moving out today and came to change the bedsheets, while i still had two more days to go. So, not only did he confuse the dates and just let himself into the flat, but he also, most likely, lied to me by saying he had hired a ceaning company for the job. In my opinion it is apparent that either the owner himself usually lives in the flat when there are no guests, or that he at least does not bother with cleaning and only changes the bedsheets.
The parking is also very scarce and it is more than likely that you will have to park on the street.
The cherry on top, however, was an encounter I had in the hallway with a neighbour.
