Gournes - NewTown Residences

This villa is one of the best we have stayed in there is everything and more you could ever need the owners are lovely and bought us some fresh eggs and a lovely bottle of wine. Everything is within walking distance shops restaurants bars. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

La villa était vraiment bien proportionnée c’est-à-dire 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. La terrasse et la piscine, c’était parfait. Coin d’ombre, transats et parasols, c’était bien adéquat. On a eu un excellent accueil et des explications claires sur le mode de fonctionnement de la villa. Parfait pour passer une très belle semaine en Crète.

Here’s a polished and warm review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property near Heraklion. As a newly built home, everything is immaculate, and it’s clear that an incredible amount of thought, care, and attention to detail has gone into every aspect of its design. The property is not only stunning but also feels incredibly welcoming and comfortable. The outdoor spaces are exceptional. The pool and garden area are beautifully maintained and provided the perfect place to relax and unwind. We also loved the charming courtyard connecting the bedrooms, which added a unique sense of tranquillity and character to the property. Inside, the villa is equipped with absolutely everything you could need and much more. Every comfort has been considered, and the quality of the amenities made it feel more like staying in a luxury hotel than a holiday rental. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the owner, Mr. Yannis. He is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people we have ever met. He personally welcomed us on arrival and came to say goodbye when we left, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. He was always available to answer questions, incredibly accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect holiday. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and would gladly return in the future. Thank you, Mr. Yannis, for such a memorable stay!
