NOLA - Nomadic Luxury Villas

- beautiful, modern villa in a peaceful location surrounded by olive groves (apart from some aircraft noise and the nearby highway, which did not bother us much) - modern, stylish and bright furniture and interior - well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for a holiday - very comfortable beds and a great selection of pillows - air conditioning in all rooms - mosquito screens on all windows - very inviting pool and garden area with comfortable sun loungers and lovely seating areas - beautiful outdoor seating area surrounded by plants - hosts are always available via WhatsApp, respond quickly and are very friendly - great restaurant recommendations nearby from the hosts - friendly pool attendant comes every few days to clean the pool - washing machine, laundry detergent and drying rack available - delicious welcome wine – thank you very much!

- electricity switches off when leaving the house, as there is only one key card - we experienced 1–10 loud power outages per day, especially at night. we were told that this is normal for the region at this time of year. of course, the hosts are not responsible for this, but it was quite annoying, as the power cuts caused a very loud bang each time and often woke us up at night. - cameras throughout the property cannot be switched off. we understand the security aspect, but it still made us feel observed while using the garden. the cameras also have very bright lights at night. - cleanliness upon arrival could have been better. there was still quite a lot of dirt left by the previous guests, so we had to vacuum the house ourselves. unfortunately, the vacuum cleaner was very old and dirty. - persistent, very unpleasant and strong drain smells in the upstairs bathroom. - ant infestation in august: many ants also entered the house through gaps and poorly sealed areas around the front door. the hosts responded quickly and provided spray to help resolve the issue – thank you again!

The pool area and the comfy sun beds around the pool were amazing. Communication with the hosts was great. The seating area outside was great too.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
