I was blown away by the quality of the apartment, excellent value, very comfortable too. Host was quite responsive and helpful. Overall my favourite accommodation I have stayed in Japan so far

The apartment is great for family. Rooms are big. Kitchen also good. You can even cook (but I did not). The location right next to Dobutsuen-Mae station and near JR Shin-Imamiya.
The karaoke next to the apartment during 19:00-22:00 is somewhat bearable but after that time it is pretty quiet.
