Newly constructed hotel, so nice lighting and facilities. Very close to the beach. Spacious rooms. Good WiFi. Friendly staff.
Poor maintenance. Initial room that was shown to us had a broken bed. The second room had a leaky sink. When informed to management, they told that they knew of the issue but couldn't fix it at that time. Some same priced rooms had 2 chairs and a teapot. Some didn't have. Some had clothes drying racks and some didnt. Telephone was not setup. Only 1 guy handles most of the work - so service gets delayed sometimes.

Room was clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Chicken sukha, bhakri & solkadi for dinner was excellent
Breakfast & tea was cold, not much options.
Evening snacks were good, but again served cold.
