Host & Stay - LOOK Flat

The place itself is in a great location and very pleasant. No problems with the premises and a nice place to stay

The link sent by booking.com does not take you to the correct location. We then hunted down the correct building from the photo and initial listing. The keys were described as "in a lock box in the main entrance", this is not the case as the lock box is at the back of the building on a different street to the address given. Rang the help number but they were unable to contact the owner. Once the lockbox was opened we had 8 random unlabeled keys that looked identical and had to play trial and error at every door. Once inside there was no water from any taps. Messaged the app and no response until the next morning. In the meantime we searched the flat for the main valve which was turned off and located outside the flat in a shared entryway. A really nice place but arrival and help an utter faff.
