L'emplacement pratique pour les transports publics, la chambre très fonctionnelle et les instalations neuves. Le quartier est calme et de nombreux restaurants autour. un combini à 2 minutes à pied.
Il manque une signalisation de la chambre quand on arrive. ce n'est pas évident de deviner que c'est tout au bout d'un petit couloir extérieure qui est assez encombré de machines à lavés et autres matérielles des autres logements. L'interrupteur de la lumière de la pièce principale parfois fonctionne mal.
