The host is very kind, considerate and nice to chat with, she tried to pick up from train station but we missed it due to our internet connection issue; we were given a lift when we departed for the next city with heavy luggages. The room is very spacial and comfy for Tokyo standard.
It's in residential neighbourhood, so small business close early, except 7-11; but you have all kind of choices (especially the restaurants) at Nippori Station (日暮里駅), where you take the train back to the place.

I said hi to the owner and her dog every morning when I left for work, which was just like home staying in Japan.
The cozy environment and the owner and her friendly white dog made me happy. The hotel was in a quiet residential area, which was great.

別荘のように滞在できた。埼玉郊外の散歩にいい。
駅から遠い。三日くらいの滞在なら道を覚えにくい。
