West of Gulf Drive and fully remodeled duplex! Walk only 5 houses to one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. When the sun sets, you will be amazed at the colors you are beholding. Hear the soothing sounds of the water, relax and enjoy!
Surf Riders 4 is a combination of both duplex units featuring 3 bedroom downstairs and 1 bedroom upstairs to accommodate 8 guests in total. There is no internal staircase. The upstairs is accessed by the external staircase leading up the front entrance door.
Enjoy the convenience of having ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom.
Downstairs has an open floor plan streamlines the living area, kitchen, and dining room. There is plenty of seating in the large living room with its large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The beautiful, high-end kitchen is suited for all levels of chefs. It is stocked with everything you will need for light lunch or to prepare your catch of the day! There is an eat-in kitchen island and a dining room table for the whole family. Relax with a good book or enjoy a family night with plenty of board games available. A second queen ensuite bedroom is on the other side of the house for a convenient split layout.
Upstairs offer a king bedroom with walk-in shower bathroom, full kitchen and living room.
