Cozy Cottage B

Very cozy and cute house with all the amenities Great view over the city on one side and tranquil forest view from the bedroom. Our host Tereza was also very warm and helpful. The place is spotless clean and also has a very well equipped kitchen. We usually took a short taxi ride to the city for about 3 GEL and had no issues finding a taxi using YandexGo. The place was actually easy to find, the side street is just not shown correctly on Google maps, but on Organic Maps (formerly Maps.me or any Openstreetmaps based app) the side street is correctly shown. YandexGo also recognized the name of the place and our driver found it without any issues.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our trip in Georgia and it was great! Sometimes photos on Booking can be a bit misleading, but not in this case. It’s really that nice! Apart from the amenities listed in the description there was also some cooking oil, instant coffee, and even a sachet of cat food. Plus some other regular stuff that you usually find in a kitchen. The patio was very nice. So nice in fact that the neighbour’s cat came over every day to keep us company. It’s a 25-30 minute downhill walk to the center of Kutasai. If you don’t want to walk and don’t have, or don’t want to use your own transportation, a Bolt to the center is only around 4 GEL (July 2026), and the drive takes just a couple of minutes. Note 1: To get to the accomodation, use the coordinates in the information provided by the host, not the route suggested by Google Maps. (July 2026) Note 2: If you pay at the property, make sure to bring cash, you cannot pay by card.

Everything was great, only remark on our end are the curtains in the bedroom upstairs. These don't cover the windows completely, so it is quite light in the morning. It didn't bother us that much, but maybe good know.

Атмосфера невероятно тёплая, чувствовали себя как дома. Отдельное спасибо за гостеприимство и заботу — всё было на высшем уровне! С удовольствием вернёмся снова и обязательно будем рекомендовать это место другим ❤️
