Location - around the corner from pancake manor, a short fairly flat walk to shops food and activities. - uptown centre Queen St mall Southbank theatres

Bedroom aircons not cooling enough to shut door and supplied portable fan not working (may have been user error but no written instructions )
Shower door in main bathroom over bath not sliding properly.
Ironing board needs replacing as collapsed unexpectedly and cover not staying on.
Having to walk offsite to convenience store to pick up and drop off key

The location was central to all of the great things about Brisbane. The unit has spectacular views, the complex has a great pool and sauna , the apartment is spacious, clean and easily accommodated 6 adults. Kitchen facilities were reasonable and we were able to easily cook breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen. Staff were responsive.
Having only one set of keys between three couples was chaotic and incredibly inconvenient! Needed some basic maintenance (ie lights etc) and also some additional cleaning products(ie dishwashing powder).

The location, views and size of the apartment were excellent.
The lack of truth about facilities. There is a coffee machine, but no instructions on how to use it, or coffee beans. There was no tea towel to dry dishes. There’s was a dirty wet towel left scrunched up in a bathroom vanity cupboard. We had six people but only 5 towels.
The outside table was thick with dust. There were items left around - shoes in a cupboard, a cap under the couch. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable.
