Owner was so friendly, allowed us to get into the room 2 hours early.
Accommodation was beautiful had everything we needed.
Even had complimentry breakfast.
Fantastic location right above the cafe and next door to local pub.

Very close to town and Cafes but set away from street. Comfortable large bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazingly helpful owner/manager who went out of their way to assist with snow chain hire.
Would have been nice to have left the heater on

On arrival, we were assigned to a cottage, not far from our original booked accommodation. Surrounding was nice and quiet. The property is meant to house 10 paxs and for our party of 3 paxs, it sounded like a real good deal. Lots of space to chill, cook and enjoy our meal.
Although the property has been in communications with me for days before our arrival, this was centred mainly about check in and time of arrival. This was very well handled. On arrival, however, we were told that there was some issue with Booking.com and that we will be housed in another property. This was not the one we booked. As our stay is only for one night, we didn't make a fuss and took matters in our stride. 2 things annoyed us - a sharp beeping noise, the origin/source we could not figure out constantly frustrated us even during bedtime as this was audible for our bedrooms. One may ask why didn't we ask the staff for help. The other which was no wifi access and no reason was given apart from an answer that this will be looked into (but without coming back to us). In summary, what irked us was the lack of communication to help us understand the issue with the change and not closing the loop in terms of comms. Apart from this, we appreciated the rest of the amenities and the property. Will we return if we visit Omeo, my answer would be nope unless there is more clarity with the arrangement between Fresh Air and Booking.com
