2 BR apartment 5, ground floor. Great location, 200-300m walk to shops, hotels, and right at river and riverside walks. Roomy and comfortable, well equipped, great hot water, exc value.
It is an older property, and while excellent overall, to be picky a couple of the lounge chairs were bit old and saggy. No spare / extra towels, just the bare minimum 3 for 3 people.

Location, overlooking river and park filled with stunning autumn colours as well as town centre
Not that clean, especially shower and carpet areas.

Not clean. Ripped patio chairs, unusable. Dirty floors. Unfinished walls. Cobwebs everywhere outside. Dusty surfaces. Dirty used ashtray left. Dirty feel throughout.
