The host had laid on many optional extras, which was ever so generous and we really enjoyed them. He was extremely friendly, welcoming and warm and guided us through the property and how to use everything. We felt completely informed and at home immediately.

Rob was an amazing host! I genuinely couldn’t fault how attentive, thoughtful and kind he was throughout our stay. The campervan was exactly what we wanted and needed for our extended break. It was comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. Unfortunately, we arrived during the unexpected water shortage in Whitstable, meaning there was no running water. Rob went completely above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. He kept us updated before we arrived by calling and messaging with the latest information so we knew exactly what to expect. He even sourced bottled water for us to make sure we had everything we needed until the supply returned later that evening. We’ll never forget how much effort he went to for us. The breakfast goodies he left were such a lovely and unexpected touch and made us feel so welcome. He also offered us the use of anything we needed in his home if the water situation became difficult. He even arranged for a local friend to pop by and check that we were okay and help with the campervan facilities if we needed it because of the lack of running water. Rob truly went out of his way to make what could have been a stressful situation completely manageable. His communication, generosity and genuine care were exceptional. We felt so well looked after from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, Rob!

The property was super clean, spacious and tidy. Robert the owner was friendly, generous and greeted us in person upon our arrival. We felt very comfortable and appreciated the lovely location and peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely visit again. Thank you Robert!

Nothing it was perfect

Proximité de la plage. Propreté des lieux. Salon très spacieux.

Lit trop petit dans la 2ème chambre : destiné à un enfant, pas à un adulte. Pas de cafetière. Pas de tire-bouchon. Frigo et congélateur "pleins à craquer" des stocks du propriétaire => pas d'espace pour les produits apportés. Stationnement compliqué : un voisin bloque une place avec un pot de fleur :( Coupure d'eau pour les dernières 24 heures, sans réponse du propriétaire avant notre départ.
