It was extremely neat and clean property, spacious 3 big rooms. Host was responsive and accommodating!

The stairs were a bit tiring to get on the 3rd floor otherwise everything was good!

The location shown on the website is exactly where the room is. The MRT station is a short walk away—and it has an elevator. There are plenty of street food stalls, restaurants, and massage shops nearby, all within walking distance. You can also walk through the small lanes to the riverside, and if you enjoy walking, you can even reach the busiest department store area on foot. The room is clean and spacious, and the host replies quickly. The first floor also has a smart TV, a microwave, a large refrigerator, an electric kettle, and some basic dishes and utensils available for use. This place is good for young travelers who are on a budget and are physically flexible.

The stairs are very steep and tough on the knees, so it’s not suitable for very old or very young guests. The handrails also feel unsafe. The bathrooms are not well-distributed—there isn’t a toilet on every floor, and it’s hard to imagine going down the steep stairs in the middle of the night just to use the restroom. Housekeeping is not provided during the stay, and guests are expected to bring their trash to the door for disposal. The bathroom on the first floor sometimes had poor drainage and couldn’t stay dry. It would be helpful to have a sink near the entrance for washing greasy dishes. Although the place is newly renovated, the furniture feels extremely fragile—the tables, chairs, and shelves are very thin and delicate, which makes me worry for both the host and future guests. The price seemed reasonable at first, but considering all these issues, it ends up feeling less worth it.
