Space!!! There are 4 floors: first floor big receiving area and a kitchen; 2 bedrooms with queen beds on 2nd floor, 2 on 3rd floor (1 with queen, 1 w/ a double decker), 1 huge bedroom on 4th with a King bed. Large couches on 2nd floor and 4th floor. Rooms are humongous with a bathroom in each room! 5 total bathrooms, 4 showers. 1 jacuzzi on 4th floor. Very well maintained, clean. Washer (needs 40Baht coins to run) and dryer (free), all home and kitchen amenities are working great. Wifi is excellent. Has everything we needed. Truly a home away from home!!!
Nothing to complain about. Just to suggest placing a curtain on the 4th floor shower for privacy.
Otherwise I give this place a 15/10 rating.
Area is safe and quiet, transport is easy with grab. Walking distance to police, hospital, multiple businesses, stores, etc.

Chỗ nghỉ ngay trung tâm. Từ đây đến cảng Si Phraya Pier 1km đi bộ tầm 15-20'.
Đến các trạm bts hoặc mrt cũng từ 750-1km nếu thanh thiếu niên đi thì ok. nhưng có trẻ em thì nên cân nhắc.
Từ cảng Si Phraya cách 1 con sông đi tàu trên sông mua vé 6 bath/lần đi là qua trung tâm Iconsiam luôn. Nên điểm cộng lớn.
tiện di các điểm tham quan trên sông như wat arun, wat pho chinatown, asitiques river front park, Iconsiam...
Nên đi theo map chủ home đã gửi là vị trí chính xác.
nhà rất đẹp, các phòng rất rộng có thể chứa đến 12-15 người lận. Nên nhóm đông ở đây cũng thuận tiện.
Cách các trạm bts hoặc cảng tầm 1km thanh thiếu nuên ok. nếu có bé nhỏ và người lớn tuổi di chuyển hơi cực xíu

Everything. The rooms and house is massive and clean. My family of 11 had a great stay here and we feel not crowded. We love the jacuzzi and also the owner are very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this place. Very classy.

many rooms, kitchen facilities good, clothers dryer available, 7 eleven nearby. long table in the living room downstairs
master bedroom toilet smelly and no television in the masterbedroom but there is television in the 2nd bedroom which is on the second floor, bedroom 4 leaking roof. no proper rail for the stairs. dangerous for my grandson.
