Very good

Spacious and clean. Kitchen provisions were good. Washing machine excellent. Help with improving comfort and safety of bathroom was provided graciously and very promptly. Small shop for a limited range of provisions - it sold bags of ice which was very welcome.

Shower was over very high, wide bath and had to be used with care. Shower head did not reach fully into bath so water flooded bathroom floor . Host was responsive and very pleasant.

This is an absolute gem in the midst of Bangkok. The location is great. A 5-minute walk to the King Power Manakhon skyscraper. The Sky Train station is actually next door. Highway access is about 500m down the road from the apartment. Lumphini Park is close, so are a handful of malls. Tops supermarket and a bakery is 100m down the street. We came with a rental car, so being able to park in a comfortable parking garage is a big plus. Our apartment was on the 32nd floor (out of 33) with just spectacular views of the city. All the equipment is excellent; there is a Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, washer... The apartment is spotless; they clean everything every 2 days, and it really shows. The pool is also great. We thought it would be on the ground floor, but it is actually high up on the 7th floor and is quite relaxed and relatively quiet considering the location. It's rather large, and it was more or less empty when we were there (late afternoons). If you want a luxurious apartment in downtown Bangkok, look no further.

One room is actually not a room, as it is just an oversized hallway. For families this is actually not an issue, might be for two couples. As other reviews mention, apartment has single-layer windows, but considering the apartment being on the 32nd floor, city noise is quite muted. We could easily sleep without earplugs, and even if we couldn’t, the views alone are worth it.

The swimming pool and the view were nice.

For the money you oay for this apartment, we would have expected some things to have been more luxurious. Upon arrival we were told that since we were staying only two nights, there would be no cleaning of the appartment. Since the waste basket (no lid) in the bathroom obviously got quite full as in Thailand one does not throw the paper tissue in the toilet, this should have been emptied earlier, as two grown-ups were using it. Also, if there is no room service whatsoever, supply people with two towels each instead of one. A towel doesn't dry that fast and drying yourself off with a wet towel...not luxurious at all! The AC in the bedroom was very difficult to create a comfortable room with. Eventually we turned it off and turned the ones in the other rooms on and left the bedroom door open. Then, we have had way cheaper accomodations where the complimentary drinks contained more than two small bottles of water in the fridge. For 100 euros a night, throw in some beer and soft drinks! Finally, the bed and pillows do not suffice. The bed contains a spring matrass, which hurts your back and the pillow is thick and hard, which hurts your head. The location is disappointing too, but the view from the room and the pool were great.
