Leona was great. Her clear instructions to find the accommodation late at night took all the stress away for two female travellers arriving in the early hours. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Thank you.

Very good instructions for self check in - including video clips - so useful, thank you! Very convenient for the airport. Good Air Con.
Very small room & shower, no kitchen sink, no instructions for the coffee machine, only 2 pods, no sugar, no milk & only one tea bag for 2 people! No shops nearby - we were on foot!
