Location so close to the airport (5 mins), quality and cleanliness of the apartment, kindness of the owner (dropped us at airport for an early morning flight), bang opposite to Hotel Konavale, small town with a pizza restaurant around the corner for a quick meal, small market below the apartment, great shower.

Apartment was bigger than expected. 2nd bathroom was great. Place was super clean. Cold water in the fridge and coffee was a nice surprise. Owners were fantastic. Our already late night arrival flight was delayed even further and owners allowed us extra time in the morning :) Would definitely stay here again! Also Studenac market grocery store downstairs super convenient.
Only reason someone wouldn't stay here is if someone in your party is mobility challenged because the entrance is up a flight of stairs. For us, no worries.
