Absolutely delighted with our stay which surpassed the already positive impression created by website photos. Location gives ideal access to both Morpeth and surrounding areas and we had no issues with the onsite parking. There is a wide range of excellent dining choices within fairly easy walking distance.
Accommodation is excellent and owners have obviously given a lot of thought to meeting the needs of visitors, including the much appreciated welcome pack.
I have no complaints whatsoever!

Clean, comfy and good location. Easy to park on surrounding roads. Well equipped too.
Small window in rear bedroom doesn’t appear to close and it was pretty draughty on Friday night during the storm! We had to turn the power off to the bedroom tv at night as it seemed to emit a high pitched noise.
