The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, everything you needed in the kitchen and a bath was available. The smart tv was large and had good WiFi. The instructions for check in were really helpful.
The neighbours downstairs were unfortunately noisy one morning very early and woke me up (thin walls) was woken up at 6.30am on the last morning with their tv/music playing loudly (in the bedroom with the 3 single beds as it must be over their lounge.) This is obviously out of the hosts control.
The neighbourhood was a little further than we would have liked to the SEC walking at night, however an uber was only £7.

Quiet area. It was nice and warm. Within walking distance of armadillo and free parking
Kitchen wasn’t adequately stocked , the cutlery was dirty. We washed it before use. Knob missing on cooker.
Bathroom , paint splashes on flooring , cracked bath panel, no blind and the grouting looked dirty and mouldy. Shower curtain was mouldy.
Hallway WiFi boxes were hanging off
Radiators painted round but different paint
Sitting room - the bottom of one settee was hanging off
At least two windows didn’t close properly
All in all it did not look like the photos on the webpage and we felt we had overpaid for what we got
