Its nice and clean
First of all, I wanted to use the room and bathroom alone yet it was just room and bathroom and rest of the places needs to be shared with others. not very comfortable with it. I may have misread the discription.
and the manager or the person who looks after the property that she doesn't speak english at all. not even single.
so she had to use translator to communicate with me. I wasn't expecting that.

The location was great - easy access to the freeway. It was close to popular attractions.
Parking was difficult, but I expected that for the location.

PARKING ISSUE ...if u have a car, goodluck finding a space! Ideal only for "no car" guests. It took me 2 hours outside driving around or pay the hourly parking meter.. OR pay $15 extra to the host (which should ideally be free upon reservation made) to use the tenant's parking space overnight.
LANGUAGE BARRIER.
I was having a hard time trying to understand the host's grammar and "use of words" though she was polite and helpful.
It is a good place to crash the night. It is a shared 3 unit apartment so bathroom is communal .Walls are made thin so there will be random noise from time to time..
