About this house rental
Beautiful 1920 Craftsman bungalow/guesthouse in the heart of Hollywood. Walking distance to several studios. And more!
Great, very central location. Near Santa Monica and Western, minutes from Downtown Hollywood, and the 101 FWY. Very walkable neighborhood. Walking distance to: Netflix, Paramount studios, Sunset-Gower studios, KTLA, Hollywood Forever, new Target, downtown Hollywood (Vine/Sunset), etc...
We own this property and live in the front/main house. We have 2 guesthouses in the back that share one wall. We have been renting them since we purchased the house in 1999.
Just decided to furnish one and offer shorter term stays.
ABOUT THE GUESTHOUSE:
1 bed, 1 bath, full kitchen (600 sq. ft.)
Underwent a full, ground up restoration to create a perfect marriage between old, authentic charm and new, modern amenities. A true gem in the center of the City.

We (owners) live in the front house, which means any issues that might arise get taken care of immediately. Tenants/guests do not have to deal with a management company; we (owners) take care of everything ourselves. This is not a converted garage. This is one of the 2 original guest units located in the back of the main house (stand alone structure, the units share 1 wall).
*Little piece of history: we bought the house from the original owner (she was 96 years old at the time) who used to play the piano score for silent Hollywood movies!
