Two issues - car park was used by someone else, so made us have to use another one with fear of getting towed. Poor communication regarding this issue. You should let people know that this apartment is not sound proofed and the noise of viaduct music and people is quite loud in apartment. Sleep was not great!
Let guests know this apartment is very noisy at night! Sort out the car park problem

Amazing location. A great place for walking to restaurants, bars and the ferry terminal. It's a well appointed apartment. We have stayed in that building before, and knew if was a great spot to stay.
We were confused with the garage system. There needs to be better signage so people going to the apartments use the correct swipe machine rather than the one for the hotel. We also had trouble getting out of the parking garage because the first door didn't open automatically. Luckily a little kid showed me the button to push. However, when we were having trouble getting in, the property manager was very very responsive and helpful.
