Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful, unique, and offers amazing views. Everything was excellent, from the facilities to the atmosphere. The food was delicious with a great variety of options.
The location is very convenient and well situated. The customer service was outstanding, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the kitchen team for their excellent service and amazing food.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Paradise Mountain View Resort. I definitely recommend it, especially if you request to stay in one of the bungalows, which have wonderful views of the mountains, often with hot air balloons floating in the distance. There is an amazing view of the mountains from the hotel cafe, and the food is good. The staff was amazingly helpful, booking tours and even driving me into town when needed.

This place is so far out of town it feels ideal if you have a car and want things quiet. Ironically there is little to no parking. There are 20 rooms but only 2 rows for 4 cars deep, 8 total. So you’ll likely always have someone in front of you that needs you to move. Or someone behind you that has to do the same.
You’re meant to be on vacation but you feel like you’re a parking lot attendant that’s always on call.
Our room was next to the main road, and even with earplugs, the engine roar from all the dune buggies was hard to ignore. Rentals open at 7 am so expect to hear a parade of them going past nice and early.
We also lost power for an hour from 12 to 1 am.
A lovers quarrel erupted in the room next to us during the power outage. There doesnt appear to be insulation in the ceiling, so shouts ans screams carry over quiet easily. They caused a big enough scene that the front desk woke up. Turned out the power was never out but a breaker had tripped. That was annoying to know. But with the power on the couple settled down.
By that point, it took a few hours to fall back asleep.
In all fairness the room was clean, the aircon cold, the bed comfortable, the water hot, and the pool was nice.
But we were exhausted the next day and it was too bad we were there to celebrate a bday.
