The location near Kurrawa beach was fantastic, beautiful views of the beach and sunrise! The apartment was a bit dated but very clean, well decorated and had almost everything we needed - even a boogie board which my daughter enjoyed. Shops and restaurants were only a short stroll away. Bonus was the cafe (Cup o Joy) downstairs in the same building, good coffee and breakfast. The pool was nice and clean and the grounds were very well kept. Check out was good, no need to wash dishes or remove rubbish.

The only thing we didn't like was the noise from within the building. The bedroom and bathroom windows open to the hall and stairwell so you could hear other people early in the morning talking and walking past. Also, the key pick up location (friendly grocer 300m away) was problematic as we had flight delays and arrived after they closed. Luckily my daughter had arrived earlier and was able to collect the keys for us. When dropping off the keys I wasn't provided with a receipt of return - just handed them over to the guy at the counter. There's a $100 fee for non return of keys and I wondered how they know if I have or haven't returned the keys. It would be good to have had some beach/pool towels provided.

Location and ease of use. Staff were very friendly. Apartment was spotlessly clean.

Toilet located right behind the bathroom door - this left the bathroom restricted. The sink was too high for my wife to use as she isn’t tall. The view from the balcony was completely hindered by the palm tree which could have been scaled back

Excellent location, very comfortable apartment well furnished and fitout, excellent hot showwer, comfortable bed. Lift access. Perfect for the Broadbeach Blues festital. Enjoy Federation Park bends from the balcony. Reception staff at the venue very pleasant.

The key pickup process, and dropoff not convenieniet as I had to carry my luggae all day til 3pm checkin and all day on the last day 10 am departure. It mean a backpack carried for two of the three days of the festival. not happy.

Great location . Easy access . Host is very hospitable and responsive . We liked everything .
