Distrito Puerto, Ocean & Mangrove Views

We had excellent communication with the hosts. The apartment was of a very high standard and was exceptionally clean. Security around the apartment was also very good. The local town was lovely and had lots of good restaurants to choose from.

The apartment is situated in a very new development. There are several other similar high-rise new developments under construction at present which was quite noisy during the daytime. The apartment is directly next to and overlooks a working industrial port which, again, was quite noisy during the day and into the evening. The apartment is also located approximately a 15 minute walk into the town itself. None of these issues had a massive impact on our stay, however, we felt that we would have liked to have been told about them before we booked. Also, the construction work may well be completed in a year or so which will obviously improve the situation.

The views are the highlight, both ocean and mangrove perspectives create a very calm and unique atmosphere. The rooftop area is well designed and ideal for relaxing, especially around sunset. The space felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. The location is also convenient if you want a quieter alternative to the busier tourist zones.

There were a few small details that could be improved to elevate the experience, some areas lacked attention to detail in maintenance, and communication could have been a bit more proactive. Nothing major, but noticeable if you’re expecting a fully polished stay.

Het appartement is groot en luxueus afgewerkt. Alles is aanwezig, zelfs extra handdoeken om te gaan zwemmen. Er is een zwembad op de begane vloer en een andere op de hoogste verdieping. Wat handig is, is dat er een wasmachine en droogkast aanwezig is in het appartement.

De ligging vonden we tegenvallen. Het appartement ligt buiten het centrum waardoor je steeds de auto moet gebruiken om naar het centrum te willen gaan. Ligt ook pal naast een plaats waar containers worden klaargezet, verplaatst en verscheept wat uiteraard veel lawaai met zich meebrengt.

This is a brand new Condo - Location was good, exactly a 12 min walk to shopping, grocery store and restaurants! The Condo building was constantly being cleaned, staff very nice 😊. Condo was great, clean and new, also had 2 bikes to use which was nice. We also rented a golf cart on the Condo Premises 600 pesos for 24hrs loved having that option. Security was great as well! The owner of the Condo (Katie) is Fabulous 😊

When we first arrived not many pool chairs 🙃near the end of our stay more chairs came just wished it was sooner to enjoy the pool more.
