location to kite beach was very good.. 5 minute drive. Lots of parking. Good patio area to wash and dry kite gear. Good hot water and pressure. Wifi was very fast

mirrors in the bathroom, and 1 bathroom didnt have sink..only toilet and shower.. But the place is new so the owners are making improvements.
