The room is actually in a 2 unit building and the other unit is occupied by the owner, so it's very quiet and calm. Only 7-8 minutes from the main streets and the room is quite big if you have many luggages.
There is no hot water in the shower, but that's not an issue as it is quite warm and there is no ATM or Bank in Jeri so you have to plan to have so cash before entering Jeri!
