Me encanto todo,muy bien y todo muy limpio,el apartamento super bien,limpieza todo nuevo..las zonas comunes nada que decir a lo contrario,mo esperamos encontrar todo tan limpio y precioso..volveremos seguro..el chico que trabaja alli,tan atento y amable,de verdad en la Palma hacia falta michos sitios haci de limpios y tan cuidadito..muchas gracias volveremos

Nos gustaron todas las indicaciones, la piscina climatizada y el excelente jacuzzi, la habitación increíble el espacio bien distribuido y todo nuevo 3 TV con Smart TV que es un plus que a muchos hoteles les falta, un 10 los colchones y las almohadas y no podia faltar la buena atención de Sugam que se ha portado muy bien siempre atento y muy amable. Esperamos poder volver a repetir la experiencia y disfrutar de la tranquilidad que hay en este lugar Gracias!!!

Очень приятное размещение. Чисто, комфортно, уютно, тишина и полный рилакс. Уровень ремонта выше среднего. Огромные ТВ (86 дюимов), полный комплект всего что нужно.
Тёплый бассейн постоянно (около 30 градусов).
Тёплая джакузи постоянно.
Особенно приветливый персонал, мужчина Сугам с дамой. Всё показали, рассказали, пошли навстречу по некоторым нюансам, молодцы.
Обязательно ещё вернёмся, если будем на Ла Пальма.
Больше спасибо!
Попали в такое время года, что постоянно ветрено. Но тёплый бассейн с джакузи спасали ситуацию.

- very helpful, friendly and responsive property manager
- comfortable beds
- very clean
- new big TVs in every room
- don't recommend it for more than 2-3 days
- actual apartment was a lot less than 100m2 (probably only 60-70m2), rest was outdoor space
- no table inside to eat at (we only had one outside and it was too cold or raining most of the time); so we had to eat at the coffee table for 2 weeks
- tiny, badly planned and stocked kitchen (could barely reach the oven top)
- gate was often not working, which is a bad combination with electricity problems (no electricity for an hour one morning)
- our jacuzzi was often not started, possibly due to saving electricity
- told that we were only allowed to run 1 washing machine (even though there were 6) for 15 minutes during the day, because they wanted us to use the solar power and not the generators
- bad responsiveness to questions that were asked
- difficult to find (even sent the wrong google location)
- too expensive, especially in the winter (can't use the pool: too cold)
