La. Ubicación y que tiene menaje más que suficiente para todo, además de algunos productos que uno siempre echa en falta en cocina y baño tenían de todo
Las cucarachas por todos lados y la falta de ventilación en dos de las 3 habitaciones al dar al patio interior pero coincidió con días de mucho calor por lo que no fue todo cosa de la casa

Amplitud y amabildad de la dueña.
El portal apestaba a cigarro y drogas quemadas, ademas estaba todo tirado de cigarros por fuera del apartamento en zonas comunes.

Die Lage war perfekt und sehr vorteilhaft das so viele Deutsche in dem Objekt wohnen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Das Sofa war sehr weich ( durch gesessen) und die IKEA Schwingsessel sind auch nicht bequem. Der Nachbar ist das größte Problem, er raucht im Innenhof Zigarre so das man kein Fenster zum Innenhof öffnen kann. Man muss allerdings sagen, dafür kann die Vermieterin nichts. Er ist ausgebrannt und haust auf Müll ohne Wasser und Strom. Das ist ein Fall für die Behörden.
