The location was perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Also a short walk to the waterfalls.
Receiving the keys was super easy, the host sent me a code for the key box and explained everything to me.
The house is very big with 2 bathrooms so you can stay as a larger group with no issues.

Excellent location, close to station, Orrido and art galleries as well as the lakeside. Michele was extremely helpful, to the extent of helping with our arrangements to retrieve a set of trekking poles accidentally left behind in the house.
Some of the information on the website wasn't clear (perhaps the fault of booking.com) and due to a booking system that differed from the usual Booking.Com procedures we were unable to contact the owner with queries before booking.
