Monte Dos Avós

Una ubicación excelente, en un entorno de paz y tranquilidad. La casa, en una península, rodeada por agua, es simplemente maravillosa. Un entorno natural de ensueño. Una posta de sol maravillosa, un amanecer espectacular y una noche bien estrellada. La casa está muy bien equipada, no nos ha faltado de nada durante nuestra estancia. El Sr. Domingos, un gran anfitrión, siempre dispuesto y de gran simpatía.

Estava um pouco receosa de reservar por não ter ainda avaliações aqui no booking mas ainda bem que o fiz porque tudo é espetacular neste local: desde termos o espaço todo para nós, acesso à zona da água, tudo bem vedado... Aceitarem animais sem custos adicionais é incrível e super difícil de achar hoje em dia. Valeu cada cêntimo. Sr Domingos e esposa, pessoas super simpáticas e humildes, muito flexíveis e prontas a ajudar. A casa extremamente bem decorada num estilo rústico que faz todo o sentido. O nascer do dia e o pôr do sol são de tirar o fôlego. Poderia estar aqui horas a descrever quão espetacular é este local.

Nada a apontar

Amazing rural location away from town and right by the water. Fully equipped kitchen. Each room had its own bathroom, heat/aircon unit and tv. Dog friendly. Decor was cute

We got to the property after a long drive and met the owner to let us in. There were 3 of us traveling and the Booking Listing said ENTIRE house 6 rooms. However, the owner stated we only reserved 2 rooms and said that for 150 EU per night we only got 2 rooms. We argued for maybe 15 minutes. I even translated what it said on my confirmation and he still refused. Not wanting to argue more we decided to take 2 rooms one with 2 single beds, 1 queen. We noticed that the single room had a window leak and I pointed this out to the owner and he then agreed to give us 3 separate rooms and he unlocked 3 rooms. So in the end we kind of got what was listed but definitely wouldn't want to go through all that again. Just to mention 150 EU per night was expensive for the area (in off season) but when we booked we saw the picture of the house, size and location and went with it. No fun having the confusion upon arrival though. I have been trying to get this straightened out with Booking but so far no success so putting it in my review for future customers. The place does look like it could be a rent by the room facility but if that is what it is it should indicate it correctly on Booking.

It was a wonderful stay at the property. The surroundings, the house, and the host were all fantastic. There were 2 of us and our dog, Loki, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The place was spotless, with high-quality towels and everything you might need in the kitchen. The nature around is breathtaking, from the sunrise and sunset to the starry nights. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.
