A truly special place where you can feel the authenticity of Portugal in every detail. Casa Romaria in Brotas is more than just accommodation, it’s an experience. Maria, the owner, is the heart of this place. She manages everything on her own and does it with a rare level of care and warmth. From the very first moment, she makes you feel at home. The hand-painted wooden furniture gives the house a unique charm, each piece feels like it tells a story, creating a warm, traditional and very relaxing atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious; homemade, using simple, local ingredients. You can truly feel the passion behind it. If you’re looking for peace, nature, and an authentic experience, this is the perfect place. I wholeheartedly recommend it and would definitely come back.
