Hi Seodaemun

The lobby smells nice. The room was spacious and clean. Amenities were accessible and thoughtful. Staff were very happy to assist. Subway station, convenience store, coffee shops were also located nearby.

The stairs were steep and I kind of had a hard time bringing down my luggages from the 3rd floor.

great location! walked to the Seodaemun Prison History Museum and then up to Hongjecheon Waterfall one afternoon. met some friendly staff upon check-in who helped me find my room, very central location with lots of food options around. love the amount of storage beneath the single bed - could store a large checked bag and carry-on as well.

would get really humid after a shower and couldn't really open the windows for proper ventilation because there was a restaurant right next door and the room would smell like frying oil :')

Good quiet location with bus stop and subway station nearby. Really easy self check-in/out. Free coffee, water and toast.

The room was super small with absolutely no space to unpack my things. There only was a really tiny window which looked out into a backalley. Now the main problem: The room becomes absurdly hot (i think there was floor heating on all the time which could not be controlled in the room). I visited in winter, it was -5°C outside, and i had to run the AC constantly to cool the room down. I was not able to sleep well, because the room temp would reach 26°C after staying in the room for one or two hours. Because of the size of the room the AC is right above the bed and blows you in the face all the time. This sadly made my stay a bit uncomfortable.
