Well-equipped and very spacious. Enough space for 4 people. Close to the shopping district and Takamatsu station. There's a smaller station at Kataharamachi also as well as a bus stop if you need to go to other places. While we didn't use it, the paid parking next door is very cheap if you need it.
No elevator means you need to carry the luggage up. In the place itself, the stairs going up to the bedrooms may be a bit difficult for some people. While not really an issue for most, there is a limit on the water/hot water(?) each day. Not sure if there's a way to manually refill it if you need more. Also, could use a sturdier clothesline for drying.

2日の連泊でしたが、2日目の朝にスタッフから10時にチェックアウトしてとインターフォンで起こされました．
スタッフには連泊の話しが伝わってなかったようです。
