Das Haus ist nicht gemacht für Wintermonate. Wir hatten durchgehend kalt und mussten mit Jacken und Schuhen herumlaufen. Keine Heizung vorhanden (nur elektrische Wärmestrahler, welche max. für einen Raum ausreichen). Der Pool sollte laut Host 30 Grad celsius warm sein, war aber max 22. Die Poolheizung mag bei tiefen Temeperaturen nicht nach. Zudem hat das Haus ziemlich Probleme mit Feuchtigkeit und es gibt teilweise Schimmel.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Schöne Terrassen mit Blick auf den Teide und aufs Meer. Der Pool ist das Highlight mit seinen 28 Grad wundervoll angenehm, wenn es draußen kalt ist und herrlich erfrischend wiederum, wenn es warm ist.

Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung recht spartanisch, allerdings das Nötigste ist da. Grillbesteck zum Grill wäre zum Beispiel toll... ;)

Con mucha diferencia la mejor casa en la que hemos estado. Tal cual se ve en las fotos, una piscina maravillosa que da la sensación de que la estás estrenando al igual que el resto de la casa. Un 10 en limpieza y puntos a favor ya que proporcionan productos para que puedas llevar una limpieza diaria durante la estancia. Unas vistas impresionantes y mucha tranquilidad. Hemos ido con nuestras mascotas y al estar todo perfectamente vallado puedes relajarte mientras ellos juegan.

I booked our first holiday in 8 years for my family, including 3 kids under 10. For us it was absolutely perfect, the pool was amazing - we had arm bands for the youngest as it was deep (perfect for cannonballs we discovered). There was a barbeque which we used a few times and we sat in the lovely outside sofa area to eat with a beautiful view. Inside was lovely and clean with great facilities. Extra towels for pool use which was very thoughtful, an extra bed was no issue, kids slept really well. It was really very spacious, the 2 bathrooms were great and the shower in the en suite was so good. There was a small shop at the bottom of the hill which sold everything we needed, and a short car ride away there are loads of larger supermarkets. We had a car which was necessary for us to get around, parking super easy, right outside the door. If you don't have one the bus stop is really close and there seemed to be a lot of buses. Hosts were super responsive on whatsapp which was amazing and did everything they could to make our stay special. We would absolutely go again, we had a brilliant time.

This didn't affect us as we went in October but imagine it gets hot in the summer so lack of AC might be an issue. The pool is not gated so with smaller kids you couldn't leave them outside alone as they could jump right in.
