For skiers, the location is extremely convenient — the lift is right next door, so there’s no need to carry your skis any distance. The room is well equipped, with all the essential kitchenware provided. The interior design is simple yet refined, and the bed is very comfortable. On clear days, you can even see the Matterhorn from the balcony. The WiFi is fast, and there is space under the bed for storing suitcases and ski bags, which is a particularly thoughtful design that makes excellent use of the room～

I have three small points I’d like to mention. Firstly, there is no ski locker for this room. Although there is a cabinet by the entrance, it seemed to be occupied, so skis have to be stored in the basement. This makes it a bit inconvenient to dry equipment, wax skis, or dry ski boots after returning each day. The basement is also open-access — while the area feels safe, it still leaves a slight concern. Secondly, for longer stays, as Zermatt has specific waste-sorting requirements, guests need to purchase official rubbish bags from the supermarket. It would be very helpful if a small number of these bags could be provided according to the length of stay (with an additional charge clearly stated). This would make things much more convenient — in our case, we only realised we needed them on a day of heavy snowfall and had to make a separate trip to the supermarket. Thirdly, it would be helpful to have brief instructions for the kitchen appliances, so they can be used more easily and quickly.
